Q. How should I care for my skin at home?
A. To maintain your fresh complexion at home and after your treatment be sure to:

Cleanse once to remove makeup and surface debris
Cleanse a second time to remove loose dead skin with a texture tool of your choice (example Magic mitt, Facial brush)
Follow with a hydrating toner or tonic
Apply a skin balancing serum
Apply SPF or moisturizer AM and PM
Exfoliate and or Mask 2-3 times per week as needed

Q. Should I come to my facial appointment without make up?
A.  Doesn’t matter, we cleanse away makeup except waterproof mascara.

Q. How long should I wait before I apply make up after my facial?
A. We can finish you facial treatment with a “compromised skin” approved SPF like a tinted moisturizer or mineral foundation immediately following your facial, otherwise wait for skin to recover several hours for any over the counter make up.

Q. How often should I have a facial?
A. If your skin is in need of improvement every 2-4 weeks for 1 to 3 months and then when your skin is healthy and requires only maintenance, come in every 6-12 weeks.

Scheduling

Q. How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?
A. For maximum availability, we recommend that you reschedule appointment before leaving. Evenings and weekends book the fastest.

Q. How early should I arrive before my service?
A. Allow time to CHECK IN, use restroom, change into robing and fill out necessary consult and release forms.
Prepare to arrive a few minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow proper consultation and changing time.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Unopened, undamaged products may be returned for refund within 60 days. 61 to 90 days a store credit will be issued. Exchanges: Products opened may be exchanged for store credit based on amount of product used within 30 days.
Note: We offer an extensive arsenal of samples and insist on trying all products before purchasing.

Q. What happens if I forget to come in for my appointment?
CANCELLATION POLICY: Treatments are scheduled for you specifically with highly skilled professionals. We begin preparing our rooms, products and supplies for your treatments at the beginning of the day. A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment changes. All no shows will incur full appointment charge, cancellations and last minute reschedules will have a charge of $25 per scheduled hour. Gift certificate no show will forfeit the entire value of a gift package.

Q. What can I expect if I arrive for my appointment more than 10 minutes late?
A. Treatment will either be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of technician at regular price.

Q. Can I bring my children in with me while I receive services?
A. To maintain a relaxing environment, the facility is reserved for adults only except for brief waxing appointments. Children are welcome to receive treatments…
