We know getting started booking appointments online by yourselves will be no easy task, we tend to struggle through our systems ourselves sometimes, but we hope this guide will make it easy-peezy. To book through our website, you will need a username, password, know which service or product want, and payment (Gift-certificate, Mastercard, Visa or Discover) to hold your appointment timeslot or product purchase.
Once you go onto our online booking site there are six steps you will need to follow:
First, choose what service you want.
Second, select the staff member who will perform said treatment.
Third, select the day and time you would like your slot reserved for.
Fourth, sign in or make an account with your email address and password.
Fifth, confirm your appointment request.
Sixth, enter your payment information for us to have on file.
It’s as easy as who, what, and when:
WHO: You (Username/Email & Password) & Us (Staff who will work your appointment)
WHAT: Service or Product (What you want) & Payment (On File)
WHEN: Your availability (Wed- Sat from 10am-5pm)

Booking Through the Phone
If you have yet to familiarize yourself with our Virtual Assistant Bo, this is the perfect time! Sometimes it can seem like he has a bit of an attitude, but for a virtual robot, we think he’s pretty alright. Bo helps us to book appointments, cancel appointments, confirm appointments, and even checks you guys in when you arrive for appointments. For anything outside of this, Bo will leave a message for Violet. When Bo asks if you want to chat with a person it is important to note that it is Violet who will be responding to your messages, so responses will rarely be immediate throughout the day. It is also important to note that if you call the shop (757-200-5273) to book an appointment and we do not answer you can leave us a voicemail. If we do not pick-up Bo will send you an automatic message through which you can book your appointment.
To book through text with our Virtual Assistant Bo, message the number (757)-774-5509. It takes eight steps to book your appointment through Bo:
First, send Bo a message (ex. Hi, hello).
Second, tell Bo you need to book an appointment.
Third, follow the prompt Bo sends to put in the number for the kind of service you need.
Fourth, put in the number for the exact service you are wanting.
Fifth, tell Bo who you want to perform your service and wait for it to tell you what availability there is.
Sixth, put in the numbers for the date and then the time you want.
Seventh, tell Bo “yes” to confirm your appointment details are correct.
Eighth, click the link to securely enter your payment information to secure your appointment slot.
*Once you’re in our system Bo recognizes your phone number and has your appointments available for your review 24/7*
It’s as easy as who, what, and when:

WHEN: Your availability (Wed- Sat from 10am-5pm)
So here is what I have to say about this whole digital age, like everything it has its pro and cons. Here’s the rub, we are all running about a million miles a minute, so why not slow down long enough to figure out what you want and when you can do it? Let’s face it, is it not a better idea that the professionals spend time working on you instead of trying to work you onto the schedule? Every single beauty treatment has an expiration date, and let’s face it Honey, the pores get reclogged, dullness builds, wrinkles deepen, and that darn hair will grow right on back. I can surely tell you about how long the work I perform will last, that can totally be a springboard upon which you can answer one of the questions like when or how often you can come in for services and even when to replenish your favorite products. Now your schedule: Who knows it better than you and how cool would it be to sit quietly to think about it, plan for yourself the most ideal time to come in, and enjoy our precise, pampering, and private get-aways?
